Home Comfort Services is a local family owned and operated heating and air conditioning business. Your families comfort is our specialty. On May 3rd 2003 I opened Home Comfort Services LLC. I have been working in the (HVAC) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning industry since I was legally able to work at age 14. (Which means I have over 35 years of experience.) My family owned and operated one of Spokane's oldest and largest heating and air conditioning companies in Spokane. When they decided to retire they chose to do an ESOP which means that the existing employees bought the company. My brothers and I received outside stock because family members were not allowed in an ESOP. Since I had been managing the residential side of the company, I chose to sell my stock back to the ESOP and start my own heating and cooling company.
